Return of Goods

After receiving the products, the Consumer has 14 days under the Law of Obligations Act (VÕS) to examine the products. If the products are not suitable, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days of receiving the goods and return the purchased items.

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, please submit a written request — either signed by hand or with a digital signature.

Goods may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase, upon presentation of the original purchase receipt. A full refund will only be issued for goods that are unused, unopened, and not assembled.

Terms and Conditions:

• Products purchased from the online store can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase, based on the original purchase receipt or invoice.

• Only goods purchased from the Estonian online store www.voxmoobel.ee are eligible for return or exchange.

• To receive a full refund, the product must:

  • be unused,

  • be in its original packaging,

  • and not be fully or partially assembled.

• If the product has been unpacked and fully or partially assembled, we may refund up to 80% of the original purchase price, based on an evaluation of the product’s condition.

• If the product is defective and/or has an irreparable issue, the full amount paid will be refunded to the buyer.

• Wall panels, textiles, mattresses, and items purchased from the discount section are not eligible for return or exchange.

• It is possible to exchange only the defective part of a product; the entire item does not need to be returned if only a portion is faulty.

• Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
